The Challenge
Town and Country Markets intention was to build a website for Cornish World that would be a new shopping and leisure attraction within Cornwall.
The system was expected to provide ability to manage any block within website by non-technical users. In addition to content management requirements, the site would need to have incorporated eCommerce platform where visitors can purchase tickets and merchandise online.
Initial content management system preference was TYPO3 as enterprise class CMS that have proved its flexibility, extensibility and usability in existing clients web projects.
As eCommerce platform that would satisfy comprehensive ticket price rules requirements and provide client with fullest shopping system functionality, NMediaSystems team proposed to choose Magento eCommerce open source solution and integrate it with TYPO3 CMS.
